A - A medium glowing orange color... Loaded with carbonation... A slight light tan head quickly fades away leaving no lacing to speak of...

S - A big pumpkin pie nose that is very very enticing... Loaded with traditional fall spices... Nutmeg... Cinnamon... All spice... The pumpkin is present, but takes a back seat... Very appealing...

T - The palette follows very closely to the nose, but with substaintally less umph... The spices are there... The pumpkin is there... Like mass produced frozen pumpkin pie right out of the grocer's freezer...

M - Lively carbonation... Light side of medium bodied... Taste fills the mouth fully, but fades in rapid fashion...

D - A very solid pumpkin ale offering that could give most craft breweres a run for their money... A very pleasant surprise...

Appears a dark mahogany with a light soapy off white head. Tiny carbonation bubbles reach up to the top slowly.
Smell is one of the best, if not the best, pumkin ales I've had. I've heard so many of these pumpkin ales claim to be like pumpkin pie, only to be let down. This one truely matched the bill. Rich pumpkin with cream, cinnamon, sugar, and mild all spice.
Taste is phenomenol. I'm usually not a huge fan of this style but you could drink this one for dessert. It matches all of the aromas listed above.
Mouthfeel is decent. Smooth, lowly carbonated(due to the cask), and most importantly...lots of creamy rich pumpkin pie without the overkill of spices that I've run into time and time again.
Drinkability is great. This was a wonderful surprise from this brewpub in Disneyworld.
