This classic copper colored ale has a pronounced hop aroma and assertive bitterness. American-grown Galena and Cascade hops are the star of this fragrant and citrusy dry-hopped masterpiece.

Wonderful pour. I'll not regale you with all the specifics as my hop-inspired counterparts, but quite an unusual surprise on my visit here to Chattanooga. Wonderful IPA - I can't wait to return and enjoy more!

On tap at BRG in Chattanooga while #1 Clemson is beating SC.
Appearance: amber colored body with good clarity. Very durable off-white head leaves plenty of sticky lacing.
Floral and herbal aroma with ample strength for style.
Flavor: moderately bitter at first, but high bitterness by mid-taste; some hints of baked bread but mainly hops and more hops.
Medium body is smooth; near medium carbonation.
O: solid but too much dominance by bitter grapefruit.
