Norwegian House IPA
Big River Grille & Brewing Works

This beer starts off as our normal House IPA brewed with U.S. grown barley, as well as several German specialty malts and a touch of malted wheat for a foundation of sweet, lightly toasted bready malt character. Cascade and Simcoe hops give the beer notes of grapefruit, pine, and berries and provide a moderate bitterness. A special Norwegian yeast strain gives this version a twist by adding the flavor of sweet Mandarin oranges.
