Like A Voss NE IPA

Like A Voss NE IPA was brewed with the incredible Voss Kveik yeast strain that was found a few years ago at a Norwegian farmhouse brewery. We used that yeast to ferment a beer brewed with Golden Promise barley, Golden Naked Oats, flaked oats, and flaked wheat for a full, smooth body. Lastly, we hopped the beer with Mosaic, Motueka and Amarillo hops for notes of pineapple, orange sherbet, and guava nectar, with hints of key lime and lychee.
