Rosie's Rustic Pale

Rosie's Rustic Pale is a lightly spiced ale that is brewed with a base of barley, wheat, and rye and steeped with sweet orange peel and rose hips. We used Southern Aroma and Saaz hops in the kettle, and fermented the beer with a blend of Belgium farmhouse yeast strains. The result is a light bodied, easy drinking beer with notes of fleshly baked bread, floral hops, banana, and cracked black pepper with hints of bright citrus and tart rose hips to go along with a dry finish that is perfect for the warmer Florida weather.
