Weizen Nacht Weizenbock

Weizen Nacht Weizenbock was brewed to celebrate the holiday season and Florida winter. We started with a blend of barley and wheat malt, added a few specialty malts for color and flavor, and added just enough hops for balance. It is then spiced with sweet orange peel, ginger, and cinnamon and fermented with German wheat ale yeast for notes of banana, bubblegum, and clove. The result is a sweet, full-bodied ale that is as comforting as it is delicious.
