I had the chance to visit Big River during a conference at Disney. This beer poured a slightly hazy dark amber with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had floral mixed with clove and banana. The taste was a nice balance of the scent with some sweetness. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

The "brewers choice" on my recent visit to the boardwalk resort, served from tap in a wheat beer glass. Deep orange amber hue a bit cloudy as well. Smell has orange and clove, wheat bread with some other undertone that can only be described as bandaid. Tast is lighter and a bit more refreshing, different from other dunkels i've had in the past. Its a bit lighter and fruiter with less wheat and malt presence. Mouthfeel is a bit watery and light which isnt bad given the 105 degree heat index I could have a few of these.
