NelDorado is a special IPA brewed specifically for the Florida heat. We started with an imported base malt from Germany and added a touch of wheat and crystal malt. Then the beer was lightly hopped in the kettle with Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops, and hit with a touch of coriander seed. Lastly, we fermented the beer with a Kolsch yeast and dry hopped the beer with more Nelson and El Dorado. The result is a super refreshing IPA that is bursting with orange blossom, white wine and tropical fruit notes up front with hints of flaky pie crust and graham cracker that is never too bitter or too sweet.
