The Zapper DIPA

The Zapper DIPA is a new school double IPA that utilizes some of the most unique American hops to date. We made the base beer with a blend of two barley varieties, three kinds of oats, and Belgian Candi syrup to provide a super smooth body with a pillowy mouthfeel that hides the high ABV. The beer was then hop burst with Zappa and El Dorado hops for a flavor and aroma that is full of tropical fruit, creamsicle, watermelon, and rainbow sherbet. The hop heads in the crowd will want to try this for sure.
