Detroit Hop City is our newest juicy IPA, and the first to exclusively use Michigan grown hops. Known for their unique terror, Hop varieties grown in Michigan favor bright, fruity flavors and aromas. For this beer we used barley and oats for a smooth, semi-full body that let the hops shine. Over 3lbs. of hops per barrel leave this beer with noyes of lime, passion fruit, fruit punch, and grapefruit with hints of peach, pineapple, and white grapes.
