I'm not sure if this beer has been retired, because the website makes it appear as if this is still an active Brew and here it looks retired. The ABV on my bottle is 6.8. I found this on a back shelf at a local store. Thought it was pretty darn good.

A: crystal clear; copper colored; 1 finger ivory head that receded to a thick collar; very little lacing;
S: mostly caramel and earthy, but a hint of citrus in the background;
t: on the malty side, but there is still a significant hop presence; caramel with mostly earthy ops behind it; finish is mildly bitter, but increased to moderately bitter in the aftertaste;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; lightly dry finish;
O: very enjoyable;

22oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine, citrus and caramel. Very citrusy and piney bitterness is balanced out by caramel and toffee.
