This corner site pub close to The Stand and the Inner Temple Courts is an old established traditional pub, with a downstairs bar serving up to 7 real ales on handpull. An upstairs restaurant area is also available.
Wood panelled interior, plenty of tables and seats, and L shaped bar make for an attractive appearance with chalk boards for beer list and daily food specials. Sporting photos celebrating rugby and football on many walls. A popular and busy pub well used by local Courts employees.
Two regular real ales, and up to 5 changing guest ales available, make this attractive pub well worth a visit. We have not eaten hear, but understand the food is good. Beer and food prices typical for London city centre pubs.
Just around the corner in Deveraux Court is the Deveraux pub, also worth checking out.
Note the pub is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
