Unfiltered following a historical model – for a very special aroma. Like the regular Helle Schlenkerla Lager, this unfiltered special bottling is brewed in the same kettles and fermented with the same yeast as the classic Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier. This gives it a pleasantly light smoky aroma. Unlike the conventional lager, it is not filtered. The yeast remains in the beer and, with its fresh, smoky aroma, ensures a particularly full-bodied taste. A unique pleasure. Not just for smoked beer lovers.
