50cl bottle poured into seidel
BBE 8 Nov 2011
A- Apple juice gold with excellent clarity. 3 finger solid creamy head that has average retention with good/average lacing.
S- Pils malt, slight DMS note.
T- Hint of toasted malts with a lingering appley quality in the full finish. No apparent hop quality
M- Moderate/low carbonation, medium body.
D- I cant really see any major heller bock quality to distinguish this from a helles lager. Perhaps lacks a depth of malt character and the finish lacks the dryness that is classic of the style as well as lacking in a bit of carbonation.

A- Thin head that keeps for a while, high carbonation, light yellow amber in color
S- Sweet Malt, Carmel, light fruit, a bit of hops too
T- a gentle sweet malt, light ginger/spices taste, caramel, and fruit. All of the flavors are very light but they come together to make a strong spring beer
M- Thicker slick oily taste, still light in body, you dont feel much of the carbonation
D- Highly enjoyed this beer and will have to buy more.

The thin head disappeared quicly and left the glittering copper color body with a high level of carbonation. The smell reveals red fruits and sweet caramel. The taste is of dark malts with a slightly iodated finish. A caramel flavor, slightly creamy. Some red fruits, grapes. Hops are fruity. Interesting. The mouthfeel is very smooth, almost buttery. An enjoyable brew.
