A last second dump produced a finger thick white head that faded quickly leaving thin strands of lace. Deep golden beer with a few lazily rising bubbles. Smells mostly of mildly sweet pale malt. Other then that there is a sprinkle of flowers on the bottom. Mild malt flavor has a touch of biscuit. The hops never break through, but provide a solid balance. Solid body with lower then average carbonation. If someone asks for an average beer give them a Scherdel Lager.
