I made the mistake of pouring this like the Helles I just had and didn't empty the bottle in one pour due to the huge cream colored head. Refreshing doughy banana with a hint of citrus. Fluffy, soft, smooth mouthfeel is quite nice. Orange and banana dominate the mild flavor. It's not like a frozen smoothy, and the flavors go nice with dough and wheat flavors. There is a burst of fizz in the finish that erases the flavors, and that is a disappointing thing. The head faded to a thin ring after only a minute or two, which for a Weissen is a bit weak. Smells great, tastes great, and there are only a few minor flaws keeping this from being an amazing Hefeweizen.
