Pours golden yellow with slight haze and fading white foamy cap. Notes of orange peel and citrus with nice hoppy floral and citrus. Good local Phoenix at Phx Beer Co.

Had a pint with lunch at the Central Kitchen on 7th Street for $6.00 on 10-3-18. Paired with the Orange Peel IPA Chicken Sandwich.
Beer was served orange with a solid white head.
Nose had hints of orange peel.
Taste came across as a Pale Ale as it was lightly bitter. Nice malt base with citrus tinged hops additionally flavored by a late addition of orange peel. Finish was balanced.
Mouthfeel was lightly carbonated and pretty refreshing.
Overall it is worthy of a shot as it paired well with the sandwich.

Appearance: light orange in color with a 1" head that falls quickly.
Smell: very little orange is picked up here.
Taste: caramel, mild orange flavor, some light tropical fruits, and a mild bitterness create a mild mannered IPA.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Crisp throughout. Refreshing.
Overall: this one fell a bit short for me in orange flavors and bitterness for an IPA.

The backbone is here with this beer, it just comes up short. I want more hops....more orange. The bitter of the peel and hops is great, but give me more. Not getting any aroma, but the beer satisfies.
