Gigi (Birrificio Del Levante Principal) has a nice little cozy spot for enjoy a beer or two. Nice decorated inside and great decor of wooden bar counter and stools gives this bar a touch of class and a comfortable place to enjoy beers with some friends, but don't bring too many people or you'll run out of space to move. It's a bit on the small side (max 15 people).
The quality and service are top-notch. Since Gigi is the only person who works and brews, basically he does everything, the pours are always done with care and there is a fine attention to detail with every glass that goes unmatched.
Every beer that Birrificio Del Levante makes is available for purchase. You can drink it there or take home. No worries, Gigi has you covered. Right now the selection is around 18, but if you talk to Gigi, you'll find that there are couple more available that aren't listed on his menu.
Not much here in terms of food, other than a bags of chips that compliment the beers well. I'd recommend going to the pizza joint about 10 yards down the block from here. Pick up some beers here and head over for delicious pizza!
Great job, Gigi. You optimize the phrase "La dolce vita". You can't dream this stuff up, a very nice establishment, easy hours, quaint Italian small-town feel, and beer. Can't get any better.
