This is an excellent, characterful, well-rounded English-style IPA from local "nano-brewery" Healdsburg Beer Co. This apparently was cask conditioned, but then put into a keg before being served, so it is hard to say if it should be listed as cask or on tap, but I went with cask.
Copper, it has a small off-white head soon shrinking to a small foamy ring and some lacing.
Aroma is minimal, woody and malty.
Taste is delicious, juicy with wood, tea, herb bitterness, caramelised fruity malty sweetness. It has excellent balance with a lot of hop character and nice complexity.
