Served on tap in tasting room. Color and smell were promising. Taste disappointing. Poorly attenuated. Well balanced flavors, and excellent color and body. Poor carbonation retention and no head. The mouthfeel is good and malt is well used. Hops are present but not distracting. Overall not worth returning for.

Pours a slightly hazey amberburnt orange color with hints of mahogany. Light tan head recedes quickly.
Aroma is fairly benign... slight caramel, malt and some fruitiness. Something seems slightly amiss, perhaps a hint of acetaldehyde?
Taste is malty sweetness, some caramel and just kinda blah... faint hop bitterness and a too-sweet finish. Seems under attenuated and not quite right.
Mouthfeel is medium/full with medium/low carbonation.
Overall not a great beer, pretty bland and seems to have mild fermentation problems. The other beers I've had here were better, perhaps they rushed this batch? Could use a drier finish and/or a bit more hop bitterness.
