Cask. Sparkler used. Clear, light, amber colour with a thin, white, foamy head. Stretched lacing.
It smells of tropical and citrus fruits with some underlying earthiness.
Quite a bitter flavour with composting lemon.
A soft carbonation. It feels quite dry and has a light to medium body.
I've listed it as an EIPA and yet it also has AIPA characteristics as well. Such is the modern world of cask ale.
