On tap at The Hedge House.
If you like early 00's NW IPAs, it doesn't get better than this. A clear copper with a dense off white head with good retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is a combination of grapefruit pith, zest and pulp, fruity and bitter, with some mild caramel. The palate opens study a blend of pith heavy bitterness, grapefruit juice fruitiness, a little pine and some mild honey. Drying, bitter and pith heavy on the finish with a relatively high level of carbonation that amplifies the bitterness, this beer manages to carry some malt flavor with minimal sweetness. As I mentioned up front- darn excellent NW IPA if that's your thing.
