On tap at Hedge House 3.20.2010, $3.25 a pint.
One finger white head, medium dissipation, little lacing. Deep gold clear body, good carbonation rising from bottom of glass. Pretty innocuous nose due to aging, faint hop aroma. Nicely balanced, bready malts, a bit of caramel, with the hops not overly bitter. Smooth mouthfeel and a fairly dry finish. The hops had lost a bit of their bite due to aging, but this was a very tasty single hop beer. I'm glad I got to try this very rare beer.
