A: Poured a nice copper color with good carbonation and a nice white cap
S: Belgian yeast, fruity
T: Citrus, caramel, hints of bubblegum, fruity, pretty clean on the taste, booze feel is nice
M: Sweet, full, hint of hop bite but it has a odd copper twang to it
D: Pretty good overall

It appears dark red with a small tan head.
It smells of caramel, toffee, citrus, light peppery yeast and it smells a little grassy.
It tastes initially of a saison fruity peppery yeasty flavor. There is a smooth malty caramel flavor. There is a mild hoppy grassy citrusy flavor as well. This beer does a nice job of highlighting the Belgian yeast yet there is still a substantial malty hoppy flavor. This is much smoother and less heavy then most barley wine. This is a very good interesting beer.
The carbonation is very low and the mouthfeel is pretty smooth.
Overall a pretty good smooth barleywine with a nice Belgian yeast flavor. All of the flavors blended well with each other.
