Draft at Kookalarocs
Light fizzy head fair retention, semi clear amber to copper color
Nose fair toasty biscuity malt, little caramel nutty, fruity esters probably malt derived
Taste semi sweet toasted reddish malt, little caramel toffee and touch nutty, grainy cereal, little fruity esters, light bitterness with light herbal hop, getting a bit of buttered popcorn diacetyl late, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, med to lighter carb, a touch of slick diacetyl
Overall OK, but some diacetyl notes, could be from an unclean tap rather than the beer but not sure
