The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is very nice. I get a lot of passion fruit, as well as some grain and wheat notes.
The flavor is also very nice. I get a ton of fruit: apricots, mangoes, passion fruit and a little bit of orange. I also get some pine notes from the hops as well as some bread from the malt. The bitterness is fairly low even though there is a ton of hop flavor.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. An outstanding blonde ale.

NXNW's Blond Ale is a bright golden color with just a little haze. Head is short and doesn't last long. The aroma has a delicate sweetness with just a hint of fruitiness. Taste is of light sweet malts with a moderate level of fruitness. Nice subtle flavors here. Hops kick in towards the middle and add a zest of flavor followed by some dryness. Bitterness is fairly high for the style, but not out of hand. This is easily the hoppiest blond ale I've had, which is something I really enjoyed. Drinkability is great, not only is this flavorful, but the thirst quenching level is high too. Best blond ale I've sampled.
