On tap at the brewpub during North by Northwest's 2011 Oktoberfest party.

The beer pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is classic German pilsener. I get a lot of bread and biscuit malt with some grass from the hops. The flavor is a mix of malt and grain, with some grass and a low to medium amount of bitterness. The beer is very easy to drink and one you could have multiples of. Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice pilsener.

A - 1/2" bone white head with good retention and nice lace. Clear, straw gold pilsner.

S - Sweet pilsner malt. Way too faint of a hop presence for style.

T - Crackery maltiness. Straw. A little macro-like but decent. Again under-hopped in flavor. Finishes a little sweet.

M - Light body. Mid range carbonation. Dry, clean finish.

D - Good drinkability. Very close to being macro-like without the sweetness or adjuncts.
