A - 1/4" pink tinted head on top of a Valentine's Day red beer. Good clarity. Light lacing.
S - Malty base, some tangy fruit. Muted aroma overall.
T - Wheat malt. Some citrus. Dark fruit skin. This is not too distinguished flavor wise, but I am unfamiliar with how a prickly pear tastes.
M - Medium in body and carbonation.
D - Good drinkability. Paired well with some awesome artichoke dip.
The style that I chose when listing this beer may not be appropriate. The fruit beer style is being removed from the site.
