Thanks to Ben for bringing me this souvenir.
Solid black color with a massive cab of taupe colored foam that retains very well. Some nice lacing as well.
The smell contains some sourness with light smokiness that is covered up somewhat by bandaids. Yeah, sour bandaids with beer soaked charred firewood.
A watered down taste with sourish notes and very dry smoked wood. Kind of like charcoal dry smokiness. Very little malt sweetness at all. A bit like drinking a charred piece of wood with some sourness.
Very fizzy and foamy because of over-carbonation with a thinner body. Very dry feeling.
Not a real enjoyable experience here. Happy to have tried a beer from pretty much a wine only country. I would recommend sticking to the wine if in Argentina rather than drinking this.
