Slightly hazy yellow color with no head. Not very different from a urine sample for the lab.
Aroma with initial notes of papaya that is soon substituted by honey, malt extract and vanilla.
Pleasant flavor despite the carbonation with notes of honey, yeast, floral hops and fresh oranges. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and a slightly acid finish.
Light body with almost flat carbonation given a mild watery sensation.
Good substitute for regular lagers; simple but with a huge drinkability and pleasant sensation combining citrus and honey-malt. I am not considering the flaw with the carbonation; they should hang in the streets the Argentinean bottle cap producers. The owner of a top craft beer bar just told me several brewers are no longer bottling given that.
