Poured from a 500 ml bottle into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy yellow gold color with a finger of frothy white head. The head leaves a gorgeous crown of lacing as it settles into a thin ring.
The aroma brings notes of Brett funk, grass, and lemon zest. There's also some sweet oranges and yeast with a grainy malt backbone.
The flavor starts with some sweet citrus before a wave of Brett funk and acidic tartness. There's plenty of grass, yeast, and grainy malt on the finish.
The feel is medium bodied with moderately high carbonation. Relatively crisp and smooth. A bit heavy for the style.
Overall, a great farmhouse ale that is nicely funky and tart and has just enough hop presence to balance everything out.

Pours blonde with an off white head. Solid balance between the farmhouse funk and sourness. Good balance between the dry ale as well as the earthiness.
