Canned 2020/12/20

Pours a med-large fizzy 1.5 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of lacing, very hazy wheat-gold straw color

Nose brings some doughy wheat, grainy malts, some straw, lemony notes as well with a bit of lemongrass, a bit of a Farmhouse funk, and earthy notes, and I think a hint of yogurt creamy lacto

Taste brings more grain up front, gristy grain with doughy wheat, a little general funk, Farmhouse funk and a little tart, a touch cheesy like funk as well with a little creamy yogurt-like lacto I think, then more lemon zest and lemongrass, a bit of bitterness with some mild grassy lemony hops, it starts to become lemon sorbet, drier finish a touch flemmy, lingering lemon zest and hop bitterness

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, creamy med to a bit lighter foamy carb, a touch of acidity

Overall an interesting beer, definitely Oxbow style, lots of grainy malts and wheat, with a little tartness, some Farmhouse funk, lemon zest, etc. NOt sure I would call this a winter style though, it's more like a spring or late summer/early fall type of beer.
