Bottle from blending and bottling in Portland. Pours a clear pink/light amber with a finger of bubbly white head that dissipates, minimal lacing; smell is frutti di bosco, tutti frutti, blackberry and raspberry jam, fruit yogurt, a spritz of lemon and funk; taste follows the nose with frutti di bosco, tutti frutti chew candy, fruity red wine, tart blackberry and raspberry, mild herbaceous/grassy funk; feel is light, bright carbonation, medium acidity, dry. A fruity blackberry and raspberry delight with a pinch of funk.

Pours a light strawberry red, minimal head. Loads of red raspberry aroma mixed with light strawberry and ample funk & earthiness. Very funky but not over the top, moderate acidity, really nice raspberry flavor, I still get a touch of strawberry…. Lovely micro carbonation. Overall a delicious beer.

Pours a brilliant grapefruit color with loads of fizzy white head. Very nice looking. Aroma is excellent Loads and loads of berries but with a farmhouse funk. Close to a 5 on the nose for me. Taste is a little more balanced between the berries and the funk, but both feature prominently. Feel is bright, dry and lively. Some of this is style bias, but I really like this beer.

Pours a raspberry red - I had to look at a red color swab and hold it up to the beer to pick one - it is beautiful. The beer gushed on me rapidly. My hands smell like tart tanniny berry skins right now as I raced to save as much as possible.

It has a tart berry jam aroma - more lactic than fruity. Certainly, the tartness is what stands out the most. There's fruit character in it, but it's in a supporting role. There's also some tannin character. The acidity - as you may be wondering - is restrained.

Overall, I would've preferred some jammy fruit character vs this unripe tannin driven display.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass

Look: Cherry pink with a thin white head

Smell: Fresh raspberry, blueberries, bright acidity and salinity

Taste: A punch of sour raspberry, light vinegar and blueberry. Delicious.

Feel: Light and bright. Acidity is clean and beautiful. Light bitterness. No alcohol. Soft carbonation

Overall: An absolutely beautiful beer. Pick it up.
