Appearance: Pours an almost clear goldenstraw color with a two finger whipped egg white cap; good retention and a few shards
Smell: Surprised to get a whiff, as REVZEB noted, of some skunk from the can but there must be a sulfuric element in the chemistry of this beer; grassy, bready and spicy as if there is some rye in the grist
Taste: Flavors match the aromatics with a high sulfur content and a very grassy flavor; spicy, after the swallow, with a crisp, distinctive finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A really interesting and flavorful lager that I would like even more with a lower sulfer content

Cloudy bright golden body with a big white head and thick lacing. Big pale hop nose with leafy and grassy accents, a touch of euro skunkiness, lemon peel and cracker. Taste is much more euro skunky, hops still agressive but more pale than bitter, lemon, cracker, and pilsner malt emerges through the sip. Feel is shaped by the hops, pale, light, crisp, and has higher carbonation. Great representation of the style but a little less euro skunk would be amazing

Canned 4/2/21. Spicy, hop-forward smell. Soft mouthfeel. An assertive, biting hoppy taste with some mineral water and light lemon notes. Sourdough bready malts near the end. Long hop finish. This showcases hops really well as mentioned by the prior reviewer. I am loving this on a hot summer day watching Euro Cup finals.

Pours a pale golden straw with cautious amounts of haze. It's essentially transparent. Head is opulent and finger thick. Noble hop aroma - freshly zested limes. First sip - oh wow, this is really good. It is quite floral, grassy, earthy, spicy hop forward. The bready malt backbone comes on at the end to tell you that it is present and wants participation points. The hops are the real star in this 13 plato Czech pale lager. I really dig this - it might be my favorite Oxbow lager.
