Foggy, cloudy yellow, heady appearance. The head eventually fades down.
Big aroma of wheat and herbal sensations or more specifically coriander and cumin. I get a kind of sugar sensation too.
Smooth, medium mouthfeel. Heavier than some others in this style.
The taste is sweet with an explosion of wheat and herbal characters. Slightly dry. The herbs are strong. This is more about the cause rather than the beer style.
