Pours a fizzy bubbly fair head with lower retention, some lacing, mostly clear lemon yellow color
Nose has plenty of buttery oak, vanilla, mild bready yeast note, tart acidity funk, yellow cake batter, sweet fruity white wine
Taste starts quite sour, bright acidity and tartness, mild funk levels but plenty of the acidity and sourness, a bit more of the buttery oak, vanilla, and yellow cake batter, a mild floral spice note with plenty of lemon and white grape, big Vidal Blanc soft white fruity wine character, slightly dry finish, fair flemmy feel,
Mouth is med bod, med to higher small bubble carb ,plenty of acidity and flemmy feel
Overall not bad, surprisingly sour for the lack of farmhouse or barnyard funk, nice barrel notes, nice Vidal Blanc, tasty in general
