Collaboration with Stillwater. Brewed with 100% Brett.
On tap at Pizzeria Paradiso (Dupont Circle) and then later Churchkey.
Pours a somewhat-hazy pale golden color with a nice fluffy white head. Good retention and lacing. Nose has light citrus and tropical notes. Flavor is lightly tart, clean, and crisp. Great mango and peach character with faint pineapple.
