I had this beer from the local carrefour when camping in Brittany. Found it very nice. I’m just supping the last one back in the uk with a view to do a home brew clone.
My remarks as a follows:
Aroma - contradicts the overall verdict as it has a slightly soapy aroma.
Head - Has a nice head that clings to the glass as you drink it.
Colour - a nice light amber colour.
Taste - as the colour indicates, this has some malt character to it. A very slight hint of sweetness gives way to a long lingering bitterness. Very appealing. Hop character is a blend of simcoe, mosaic and cascade - bit of a winner in my book. The hop flavour lingers for a long time.
Mouthfeel - clearly has oats and rye in the grain Bill. Very good and coats the mouth.
In summary a very good beer - at a guess I’d say this has pale Maris otter, munich, oats and a touch of wheat malt. Large bottle says simcoe, mosaic and cascade on the outside of the bottle.
A nice holiday beer when your trying to avoid the bland supermarket kronebourg.

An unfiltered IPA from Bretagne France. Surprisingly well done! Nice head that lasts. Smell is strange. Might be the yeast. Very good balanced taste. Absolutely worth trying. The best beer I had from the Britt brewery.
