Amber-copper coloured. Full and compact foam, with good persistence. Highly carbonated.
The smell is tamarind, rhubarb, grenadine. Then a floral note. After a while, biscuit malt.
The taste is quite bitter at the first sip, then it comes a sweet and warm caramel taste. Well balanced; lightly burned malt.
The aftertaste is quite sweet..
Bitter at the start, but then it left place to caramel/biscuit malt, at the warming of the beer.
