A dark brown, copper beer with a thin head. The beer is clear and has a moderate carbonation.
Smell is light and has mostly malty smells, there is a bready crust smell, caramel and candisugar, which is backed up by a light diacetyl smell. No hops or anything.
Taste is malty with the bread crust and candisugar notes. The yeast profile is light, but leaves some light fruitiness, which reminds of peach and orange. Also some hints of diacetyl. This adds to the mouthfeel of the beer, which is quite smooth. The drinkability of the beer is good. Bitterness is low.
