22 ounce bottle - $10.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a fairly clear, burnt orange body with a goodly sized, foamy, off-white head. Quite a bit of gooey lacing.
Smell: A sweet-scented, sugary holiday fruitcake aroma with a subtler chardonnay aspect in the background.
Taste: Sweet cakey breadiness with a razor thin backdrop of minerality and buttery oakiness. A melange of chopped fruitiness bursts forth, from orchard fruits to light berries to a hint of citrus with a cooked sugar candyish edge to it all. It's sweetish, it's fruity, that much is certain. A little wine accent tucked in there. Sweetish, fruity finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Lightly sticky mouthfeel.
Overall: Fairly solid.
