Normally, you wouldn't want to swim in the same waters as the piranha. Even though their man-eating capabilities may be a bit overblown, you'd be forgiven for not wanting to dip your hands in a tank full of them.
But we digress. What you're really here for is the beer. Piranha Dealer sounds shady, but it's really a brilliant batch of sunshine. Our milkshake IPA base is made with rolled oats, torrified wheat, acidulated malt and a touch of honey for sweetness and balance. Simcoe, Citra, Ekuanot and Mosiac hops round out the mix. But we don't stop there! Nope, we took a boatload of strawberries and vanilla beans and made this a true summertime treat.

On tap into a snifter. A very hazy bright yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma was gentle strawberry with vanilla and some floral notes. The taste followed nicely. The fruit was slightly tart but well balanced by the lactose and vanilla flavor. Great strawberry. Not overdone allowing the hops to shine through. Full bodied with a smooth feel. Outstanding.

16oz can from Sprayberry Bottle Shop (Marietta, GA). 5.29. Canned 11/15/18. Served in a Monday Night snifter. Enjoyed 11/26/18.
Pours an opaque, burnt orange with a modest cap of white froth. A small collar persists but no lace.
Smells of citrusy hops, berries n cream, cake and melon rind. Pretty darned enjoyable, really.
The flavor is an interesting mixture of oranges, strawberry cream, melon and some perceptible sweetness from both malt and milk sugar. Tasty and easy drinking.
Creamy, medium full feel with fluffy carbonation. Strawberry ice cream and mild citrus linger in the finish.
My faith in Monday Night once again proves well placed. Piranha Dealer is one of the better local milkshake IPAs I’ve had. Hope I can fond some more before it’s all gone.

Hazy light red amber color. Notes of sour citrus and grapefruit on the nose. Tastes like a strawberries and cream IPA. Distinct milkshake finish.
