This 11% ABV Belgian Quad has been hanging out in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over a year. We used Georgian cane sugar instead of Belgian candy sugar, and the results are impressive. This quad has wonderful notes of rum raisin, vanilla, and toast, combined with a silky sweet mouthfeel.
