Table of Contents is a table beer fermented with multiple strains of Brettanomyces fermented in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Pilsner, unmalted wheat, carapils and acidulated malts provide the backbone while Citra hops provide the (pleasant) bite. This is a light (4.5% ABV) beer that pairs perfectly with several types of food. In fact, it's made to be paired with a great meal.

On draft.
Straw golden pour, transparent and looking like your everyday light beer so far. Lace retention comes in spots, residual head is low and settles into a thin ring around the body of the beer.
Right away on the nose you know this has got Brett in it. Notes of musty yeast, lemon, pear, and green apple. Lightly spiced with a mild breadiness throughout.
Flavors again feature Brett, with far more of a biscuity prominence than on the nose. Hints of stone fruit compliment a re-emergence of a stronger pear component. Undertones balance with a touch of grape must and hay.
Fairly dry; thin/medium weight body with effervescent carb that manages to be both sharp and soft at the same time.

16 ounce pour - $7.00 at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Served up a straw-hued appearance topped off by a white head and with an intrinsic light haze about it.
Smell: A moderate stink of Brett, with cobweb strewn basements, some pitted fruit remnants and a bit of spice shavings.
Taste: Lightly bready, wheat-softened maltiness with a fine dusting of confectioners sugar for a sweetish taste of damp crustless bread. Small hint of almond. Fruit touches of pear, apple, apricot and marmalade. White wine reminiscences. Altogether an accommodating, clean Brett character. Dry, fruity finish with a tongue-coating action to it.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-soft carbonation.
Overall: A pleasant, agreeable beverage. I'd prefer a bit more light-leaning and drier, but this is nice just the same.
