Void and Form is a double dry hopped sour India Pale Ale. A dank, earthy nose and tart citrus notes work in tandem to create a refreshing, sour, hop bomb of a beer.

2019 release. No bottled on date, 500mL Bottle. 7.0% ABV.
The pour on this beer is a hazy golden yellow, with the small amounts of rising head thin and white in color. Settles flat into the body of the beer. No lace.
The nose is really intriguing. Lots of citrus and mango aromas, even getting passionfruit. Some mild underlying funk really emerges nicely here, giving it a complexity that wasn’t immediately present.
Tart citrus right away, again with a lot of passionfruit as well. A good level of acidity and funk, with the hops characterized as much more earth and floral-forward. Their presence is not overpowering in anyway, more of an accent to the tart, acidic fruits apparent on the palate. Some musty white grapes hit you on the tail, adding another element to this unique sour IPA offering.
Light-bodied & tart. As mentioned, good level of acidity and a tannic dryness present throughout. In the finish, there’s no booziness but there is a warmth felt all the way down. The carbonation is fairly low but sharp, a crucial component to cutting through that dryness and acidity.
