Hazy golden yellow pour, with minimal sediment separation and not much of any noticeable head or lacing.
The nose is all tart peach, with a subtle hint of musty funk, grass, and citrus.
Tart and mildly acidic, again with lots of sour peach but much stronger citrus flavors on the palate. The oak has a subtle influence, with that hint of funk helping to strengthen a very mild earthiness. That sort of citric acid sourness clings to the back of your tongue.
Fairly thin, with a low, seltzery carb and a tannic dryness that compliments that sour finish and medium acidity.
