Citrus and pine notes on the nose. Resinous and a touch dank, and finishing with a touch of hop bitterness make this a classic imperial IPA. Hopped with Simcoe, Denali, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic and balanced with a malt bill that includes Pilsner, flaked oats and wheat. Desk Jockey wants to come hard with 8.7% ABV, but in reality is soft and pillowy.
