This double IPA harkens back to one of our original releases from the Hop Hut. Archipelago is an unfiltered IPA that brings a taste of the tropics to the south. Hopped with Southern Passion, Vic Secret, Kohatu, Simcoe, El Dorado and more, this beer is a juice bomb of tropical flavors, including passionfruit and rockmelon.

Had high hopes going in, love this brewery- consistently my favorite in Atlanta for sure.
Look and smell were fantastic- tropical, complex hop nose
Taste falls way short, as does the mouthfeel. All the hop complexity in the nose dissappears and comes through a slightly thin and under carbonated.
Hoping that maybe I just got a bad/old can, because normally a DIPA from Monday Night would be better than this. Will try again with open mind.
