Monday Night Brewing

We blended some of our finest barrel aged golden sour with a slew of fresh raspberry puree. Once this was fermented to dryness, we added a little sugar and champagne yeast and bottled it up exclusively for our Garage Club members. After 6 months conditioning in the bottle it has finally reached its full potential! Carbonation is purposefully low to lend a softer palate as this is a very sour, heavily fruited beer. Expect big notes of fresh raspberries, sweet and sour candies, and subtle hints of oak and funk.
