Monday Night Brewing

Level 5 is a mixed culture sour brown ale aged on sour cherries and vanilla beans. It was aged in a second use port wine barrel for 8 months. Sour cherries and vanilla beans were added directly to the barrel for a slow flavor extraction. The result is a very balanced tart beer that is both complex and ridiculously drinkable.
